SNOM D8XX - No integration yet ?

Hello,

I'm currently configuring à new 3CX with the new D8XX series (D862 & D865) but i don't see the model the list of phone in the 3CX admin console....

There any news about this new models ?

Hi, since update update 7 you can use snom D862 and D865 ad router phone (sbc). But what's the procedure? I think SIP trunk > add new SBC. And then go to the snom phone Security > advanced and there set SBC to on and enter the SBC config file URL? I tried https://fqdb 3cx/sbc/Authentication KEY ID but I receive the error 'SettingsService::Set, setting is not found!'. Phone has latest firmware (10.1.141.13)

Just one question, where can I found the 8-digit one-time PIN? Because I didn't receive a popup with the pin.

You were using update 7 so you will not need to type a PIN.

Just do all the actions needed from the 3CX end, and factory reset the Snom.

It will take a bit of time to contact the server and configure itself, might do a couple of reboots. Just needs a bit of patience
