From what I've read up on this so far, it seems that Snom have not included the function in their 3CX standard templates to allow an 'attended transfer' to be set as default in the provisioning tab on the 3CX server - i.e. where the transfer button on the handset puts the caller on hold and allows the user to connect to another extension and speak with the potential intended recipient of the call, instead of just 'blind transferring' the call through. I know there is a workaround method, but I want to make this as simple as possible for my staff, as this is ALWAYS the way we want to do transfers.

It would seem you can set this for other manufacturers, but not Snom. Is this correct? Are Snom doing anything about this, as I'm told a lot of the responsibility for settings made available rests with them? And can I only currently achieve this by creating a custom template and looking for the variables to set attended transfers by default?

Many thanks
