Snom m3 one way speeach

I have the latest version on both systems 3cx 7.1 and snom-m3-SIP/01.22//28-Oct-08 10:42.
All faction works just fine except for the external calls i have only one way speech.

External calls coming in to the M3 or from the M3 to external numbers?

Can you post the server logs showing a call with one way audio?

I test Snom m3 with Patton gateway and it works fine. The problem i face is with Linksys gateway 3102.
I have external call ring the other party can hear me but i can not here them?

Check the codec's used in the 3102 and the order they are in.

Did you set up the SPA-3102 as per the 3CX guide?
