snom M300 / M25,M65

Hi,

We use some Snom M65 and M25 (with M300 Base) as well as Yealink W52 handsets and were not able to automatically make a call from the softphone via CTI.
It is neccessary to accept each call on the handset.
Is there a way to auto-dial like all other phones do ? I mean the "Make Call" funktion.

Hi Pat,

The phone(s), in this case the M300 and W52P base, must support HTTP commands.
If not, then only “make call” can be used.

Thx for your reply - do you know any wireless handsets that supports HTTP commands ?

In the datasheet of the base station M300 I can see that HTTP protocol is supported.

Not sure about, but what they mean under Specifications > Protocols with HTTP/HTTPS/TFTP is how you can Provisioning and/or do a Firmware upgrade for the base. This is not used for CTI commands.
