Snom M900 DECT Multicell and Multi Primary - Advice

Hi all,
I'm looking for advice on the following use-case:

• Separate offices but within walking distance
• No wireless connection between the offices, don't want to also (safety when walking on street).
• Need Snom DECT M70 handsets to work in both locations.
• Both offices are connected within the same (LAN) network.
• 3CX v20 update 4 PBX.
• Old M700 DECT setup in place (Chain ID 512). But want to renew the whole DECT Setup for M900.

I would like to install the new DECT setup parallel near the old setup, so it would not conflict with each other.

• Do I have to install the new bases with another Chain ID, to create a separate DECT Network?
• When connecting the DECT Phone, how does it know to connect the new Bases?
• If using a multi primary setup, Do I have to add both primary bases to the 3CX PBX?
• What setup is better, sync over air, or sync over LAN? And why?
