Solved SNOM PA1 not showing up in 3CX

I bought two SNOM PA1s on Amazon. The both show as PA1s in their respective interfaces, but one shows as snom300 in my DHCP logs. The issue is that the "snom300", also doesn't show up in my 3CX console. They both got on our Voice VLAN using LLDP/DHCP. I updated both to 8.7.5.75 firmware which is what 3CX supports according to their list.

This is the first time I have used these devices. Working on setting up multicast paging.

Have you checked out - https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/snom-pa1/

Are the devices on the same network as the 3CX server, if so after the factory default does the device should up as bold within the 3CX management console

If not try manually provisioning the unit , by add the device into 3CX and entering the provisioning url into the device - https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/manually-provision-snom-300-320-360-370/
