SNOM phonebook is not same as contacts in 3cx

In 3CX (latest version on Debian) we added several contacts in the global phonebook, they are visible in all webclients and on iOS 3CX softphones.
However, on out M700/M70, D385 and D712 phones they are not visible (rebooted/re-provisioned the phones already).
If I go into the M700 and download the snom.xml file fron our 3CX (via the provisioning link) they are also no there.
How do I sync the 3CX contacts to the snom.xml file which is used for provisioning the phones?
The same with my D385, if I delete all entries in the SNOM webinterface I only get the "3CX extensions" in my directory when re-provisoning and not the "contacts" (from 3CX global phonebook).

Hi Jan,

Start by resetting and reprovisioning at least 1 phone. See what the phonebook contains in this case.

Also, you must make sure you are on V16 Update 5, and update the phones to latest 3CX firmware from your management console (you did not mention any versions above)

It seems the issue was caused by the SNOM M700 after a full reboot it pulled at least the correct phonebook. It didn’t however show the new records as someone didn’t fill in the mobile number field in the 3CX phonebook. I copied the phonenumber from the business field to mobile field, re-provisioned and all OK. Seems a bug with SNOW as it doesn’t make sense to enter a fixed line number into the mobile field... also, to have caller name visible when they have both a mobile and business number available it does only show caller name when they call from their mobile (3cx app and webclient show both OK so SNOM issue).

Hi Jan,

In our system, the "mobile" field is actually the one we send in the phonebook to all the devices.
Not a Snom bug, it's just the way we designed it originally

So sorry , nothing change for this , could be so friendly to have only one contact with multiples phones instead of duplicate contact, one for mobile, another for land line ....
