Just starting out with 3CX and despite the fact that Snom phones aren't overly popular here in North America, I'd like to use them. Unfortunately there's one major annoyance right off the bat - the current 15.5 template for Snom only provisions the phones with the GBR ringback tones when you select "English". So.. I can fix that with a custom template, but that causes more issues. Can we get the template fixed so there are two English options - one for UK (to specify GBR tones) and one for US (to specify USA tones)? I'm really surprised this hasn't come up before. I'd post this in Ideas, but this is definitely a bug since there's no way to provision these phones with USA tones otherwise.
