Solved so is this 3cx hosted server problem or provider problem?

Sometimes phone calls make it through but sometimes doesn't. and I ask my SIP provider and said I have to contact you guys to submit a ticket for this. idk sip provider and you guys pointing finger different directions and while I'm getting really frustrated i check all setups and double-check everything. even i deleted sip trunk and register again this happens often

What IP address is listed after the from part, as this would point you in the direction of where this is being rejected from.

My voip provider but i actually fixed the problem so. but appreciate it
