I already know most headsets with correct drivers can be set to use the microphone and the ear piece for the sound.
I am trying to find a solution to replace needing physical phones for people on the phone all day. We want to set up our CS department to have a headset when a button is pushed on the headset it answers the call, and can end it as well. We ordered several expensive headsets however none of them were compatible with 3CX. We also asked our 3CX reseller but they only had cheap USB headsets to offer where you still needed to answer the call with moving the mouse and getting the window up etc. (We can't convince a department to have to do that instead of just picking up a physical phone)
Does such a headset exist? This is what we tried last, it was compatible with many voip systems but not 3CX.
