Softphone Always on Top

Hello,

Is there any way to set the 3CX softphone to always be on top? I've not found anything on the forums nor Google.

Bump this would be MASSIVELY helpful.
I know it is an unfair caparison but I like how skype does it.
When you answer a call and close the window an always on top overlay with basic functions like hangup on in this case transfer appears.
Perhaps an incoming call could appear as a popup notification? clicking it brings focus to the window.

Having a shortcut to make a call could be useful also.

For now I have assigned the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+X to the 3CX shortcut which brings the window into focus.
And for hanging up I use the built in Ctrl+Shift+F.
A small overlay showing what is happening would be super useful.
