Softphone Default Should Show Number Pad

After rolling out v15 internally, the number one question I'm getting from users is, "Why doesn't the number pad show up by default in the softphone?"

Can we change that view to have the keypad view able by default?

I've been getting this a lot. Employees considered the dial pad the "Home" screen of the app and liked it.
