Softphone removing '0' from Call History - redial

Hi everyone,

So I am running into an issue where the Windows softphone removes the prefix ('0') needed for an external line even in the call history. Because of this redials do not work.

Is this an option somewhere that I am missing?

Are you redialling someone that called you previously, using the caller ID sent? If so, was the zero prefix a part of the caller ID originally? If it was not, then you will have to have 3CX prefix all numbers coming in on that trunk group. There is a way to do that, but please confirm the issue.
