Finally I am able to resolve this elastix-web-conference.swf issue raised here http://www.elastix.org/index.php/en/com ... links.html
There's no support even after raising to the bugs list.
But I didn't give up.
My approach:-
Take this swf, decompile it, fix the missing path and recompile back to swf. Make sure the dependencies files are within the same folder. It works
Just if you decompile and fix it, it's really painful process despite i don't have much flex or flash knowledge.
If you need the swf, I can attach somewhere (not sure which free hosting to use, hmm?). Or you can take the approach above
