Hello
I am a new user of 3cx Phone System.
I have tried with Asterisk and I have to admit that 3cx is worlds apart when it comes to ease of use and configuration.
I have setup everything and almost everything is working as I want.
My setup:
11 VoIP Cisco SPA502G phones
One VoIP provider with 7 numbers.
My problem:
When I dial out, the person I am calling sees an extra leading zero in front of my number.
If the line I dial out is 021.111.22.33.44 the called party will see the number as 0021.111.22.33.44
The call gets through and everything is in order.
The problem is when someone tries to call back the same number 0021.111.22.33.44
Because 0021 is not an acceptable local prefix, the call will fail. Should be 021 not 0021
I have looked over all settings and found nothing that can fix this.
Anyone stumbled upon this problem and was able to fix it?
