Hi guys trying to figure out how to make a call from my slave to my master and then dial out using the master outbound dial plans. It seems to me the that the destinations on the master are fairly limited....

any thoughts?

Re: Use Bridge to access master outbound dial plan

Have you tried just sending the digits used by a local extension to place an outbound call? You may have to create a new access code/outbound rule, on the originating board. like ...7+9+XXX-xxx-xxxx, strip the 7 and send the remaining out on the bridge. If the other PBX requires an access digit other than 9, then you have to substitute the correct digit.

Re: Use Bridge to access master outbound dial plan

Tried that; 5 is my slave dial plan to over the bridge, 9 is my dial plan on the master out my analog line, and 4970560 is the number im trying to reach.

so when dialing log shows something like the pbx is looking for [email protected] but cant be found.

I will post some log tomorrow.

Thanks

ugh, appears to have been a typo in my slave auth parameters....
