Hi,

I have little problem with my 3cx test.

We have a freepbx with SIP Trunk connect to the provider directly with IPVPN.

All call are OK

Same test with 3cx::

Some Call are Ok and other drop after 32Sec.

My provider say it is a 3cx problem. For the sip provider, the problem is 3cx provide no reponse to the reinvite request. Freepbx yes.

Possible that 3cx are not compatible but Freepbx yes ?

thanks for the help

JJ,

200 OK + SDP from 3CX App which goes to 3CX Server should have been relayed back to upstream provider by 3CX Server.

On the other hand the 3CX Server sent back an ACK to 3CX App, but this ACK has to come from provider instead. Provider has no clue about this, and sends the CANCEL because it didn't get 200 OK + SDP and ends the call after 32 seconds.

This tells me that the 200 OK + SDP from 3CX App didn't ended up elsewhere outside 3CX Server, it's not a routing (network) issue. Even if you have two or more interfaces. It was ACK'ed by 3CX Server.

As this is happening between 127.0.0.1:5060 -> 127.0.0.1:5063 you have to dive into 3cx logs (which i personally don't use much and can't help you there), if there's anything to find.

Else, there is no other but to wait for your provider to be in 3CX support provider list.

As a blind hint: Cut down codecs for trunk and extensions to PCMA only and use E.164 DID number format, or to whatever format provider requires but keep it consistent and all over the place, Trunk, DID's, CallerID's, Inbound Routes (i see u have +XXX in one place and 0XXX in the other). This is to keep configuration clean and lightwave.

good luck

Thanks for your help.

The only thinks i see is this:

30-12-2020 18:56:18:076 | 8 | Exception: DialogUsage::Exception Can't provide an answer @ ClientInviteSession.cxx:185

But after i don t see why ^^

First of all! Happy new year to everyone.

Well my provider confirm that it respect the RFC and it is "standart system" (Sie***s system)

They don't understand why the Reinvite not work...and they have not this with other solution...

Solution continue with Freepbx or other system who work.

If we want to use 3Cx proposition is to place a Esbc to make the connection... but it is not Free of charge... snif

Thanks for your help but now we must decide what to do ;)
