Hello,

First time poster here.
We recently upgraded to the latest release V16 Update 3, as well as ensured that our Linux OS is up to date.
We have been experiencing some dropped calls since then. It doesn't happen to everyone all the time, but enough that it has become an issue.
The calls that are being dropped are always Outbound, and always at 33 seconds.
I have checked our firewall/router to ensure that SIP ALG is not turned on. No changes have been made to our SonicWall at all actually.

Thoughts and help please

Thanks aws2p Information is below

  • CX Version: Version 16 Update 3
  • Server OS: Debian 4.9.189-3+deb9u1 (2019-09-20) x86_64 GNU/Linux
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Server is located on prem in our virtual environment
  • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware: Majority of our phones are Yealink 52s models
  • Provisioning Method: Local and SBC (majority are local)
  • Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model: Trunk provider is Twillio and our Gateway is Sonicwall
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

you didn't answer firmware level for phones, can you set activity log to verbose and do a test call and see in log what happens

sorry firmware level for the phones is all the way up to date as well.
I actually have some Verbose logs that i have exported that have verified dropped calls on them.

Although it would have been helpful if i actually had captured the logs...i'll get back to you on that one.

Also experiencing this behavior, an IVR restart resolves it temporarily...
