Some services stopped. And system extensions unregistered.

Hi all!

I just installed 3cx on debian 9 but got a few problems.
this 3 services are stopped. And i cannot turn them back on:
3CX PhoneSystem 01 IVR Server
3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP Server
3CX PhoneSystem 01 Queue Manager Server

And all system extensions are unregistered.

How can i fix this?

One thing you need to know. I installed this 3CX on a VPS which is running on virtuozo

Have you tried to restart the server ?

If you ssh to the server, you can check and restart the services.

Check services type - service 3CX* status

Restart services type

3CXStopServices
3CXStartServices

I had a similar problem to this once upon a time ago and @YiannisH_3CX and I spent a bit of time searching for the answer.

In the end, it had something to do with the way that I had tried to set up a global public key to use for an external SSH instance instead of setting the key up on the VM itself. This was on Google Cloud but if you've made any adjustments to remote SSH access on a global level recently, I'd start there.
