sonicwall ports 10600-10998 fail full cone test

I am using a sonic wall with the most current firmware. I have all the ports open 9000-10998 in one service rule so I am confused how some of them can pass and others cannot. Just curious if anyone else is having this issue.

Sounds like you are missing the check box "Disable Source Port Remap" in your SonicWALL config. See Step 2 here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/sonicwall-firewall-configuration/

And if that's not it could be a IPS or other policy seeing the 'volume' of packets or sequential nature and then blocking at that point.
