Sony WH1000XM3 Bluetooth compatibility

I have a customer who works in a noisy environment and is looking for extreme levels of noise cancelling. The two best options seem to e the Sony XM3 and Bose Q35 bluetooth noise cancelling headphones. The client are leaning towards the Sony option. I'm curious about the compatibility with the 3CX software client both on Windows and Android. Will the handsfree or headset profiles on these work the the 3CX client? Has anyone tried this and does it work without issue?
