Sophos XG Firewall

Hi, we are having a few issues. We have just got a new Sophos XG Firewall in place, but seem to be having issues with the audio where end users can't hear us or visa versa, it dials out and we can get onto the internet fine, just 3cx doesn't work with audio, i've attached our rules that have been created, are we missing anything?

page one,
5060 needs to be udp not tcp, and add 5090 udp.
9000-10999 udp not tcp.

Does the firewall checker pass?

Hi i forgot to add the udp ports that are ok,

did the firewall test but failed on a few of them, but now we are using the ASA (Current FW) and did the same Firewall test and that failed as well, so i don't think its that

Hello @dpcatkins1983

The first step is to see why the firewall checker is failing and have it past all tests. Then you could use wireshark and check the IP and port Gamma wants audio to is correct.
