Sort Prompts Sets in Setup wizard

Hi!
There is no need that default selection to be on top of list:

• Bulgarian Prompts Set
• Chinese Prompts Set
  
• Dutch Prompts Set
  
• Standard English Prompts Set

Why????
There are 8 or 10 prompt sets in total. Do you really have to have them sorted in alphabetical order?
