We use a combination of 3CX Softphone on Windows with Jabra headsets and Gigaset handsets. A Problem we have with assisted transfers is that there is no sound indicating that the person transferring has passed through the caller. In an Analogue system one heard when a connection was ended and a new one established. I am looking for the ability to insert a "beep" or so before the call with the caller starts.
Is this possible through system prompts?
