sound is not working in 3cx app only other apps working fine

In my laptop I am using many apps and sound is working (voice and speaker ) is working fine except 3cx, checked Microsoft privacy settings as well,3cx app is having rights to access it. tried with reinstall the app but still am not able to work on the app.

Hi,

Try the 3CX webclient and see if you face the same issue.

When testing either the webclient or windows client, make sure you have configured them to use the correct mic and output device (you did not mention anything on this, only on Windows rights).
