Two different PBX. They are located in different places. Each of them: Debian 9, 16.0.5.611, inside my network. In the PBX settings, "Play busy Prompt when the extension is busy"is enabled. For internal users, the "Accept multiple calls at the same time" setting is disabled. As well as setting for internal and external calls "if the phone is busy or unregistered, transfer calls to: " set "end call". When an internal caller calls a busy number, they hear "the Number is busy, please try again later". When an external caller calls , this message is not played. There is 2 seconds of silence and the call ends. This is the same on both PBX.

I want an external caller to hear "the Number is busy, please try later"
