Has 3cx added the ability to rename the Shared Parking yet? It's super needed for our customer service team who hand off customers to the technicians with the SP lines and each technician has there own SP but they CSR's need to have a lits in front of them as they are 10-12.
Even the ability to rename the SP on the client, something, anything!
