SP4 presence window loses group

I have installed v12 sp4 and after the update of the 3CX Phone application i rearranged my presence window which contains 7 user groups. After this i closed this windows and re-opened it to see if it would remember my layout. Upon reopening however 1 of the groups isn't shown anymore and i now only see 6 groups. I can't find a way to make the lost group re-appear.

I have made the group re-appear by toggling the "Publish group presence information" off and on. I have again made the desired layout and now it seems to remember it correctly.
