All outbound rules done 100-105

Hi George,

Please enable the log level to "Verbose (only used for debugging purposes)". And restart all 3cx services or restart 3cx box. Capture the log for us again.

George,

I would like to have the "Outbound Rule" setting:
Calls to Numbers starting with:?
Calls from extension(s): ?
Make outbound calls on?
Transform mask:?

Gateway type (VoIP provider or PSTN Line)?
If not VoIP provider, gateway brand and model?

Regards,

In the Line 1 Tab
-In your dial plan enter something like <#9:><:@gw0>, #9 being what u dial to get through to the PSTN. u can use another combination if u like.

In the PSTN Tab
- Leave dial plan 1 empty
- make sure VoIP-To-PSTN Gateway Enable is set to yes
- Line 1 VoIP Caller DP: 1
- VoIP Caller Auth Method:PIN

That should give you a start.
