Hello, I have a cisco SPA112 and cannot seem to get it working. Every time I try and make a outgoing call I get this error "has failed. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx replied: 404 Not Found; from IP:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060" I cannot seem to get incoming calls either.

Your 3CX is on same LAN as 112? or 3cx on cloud an 112 on LAN Behind SBC or in Stun?

Yes and yes.

Yes shows a 404.

What is the rule you use for incoming calls?

For outgoing calls, do you send numbers in expected format? what is the rule for outgoing?

Are you sure phone number exist because some 404 are received when callee number is no more existing

Have you modified the dialplan on the 112? Are the digits you are dialling, going through, as-is, to 3CX? Is the extension (options) set to allow externals calls?

No, the SPA112 is a FXS adapter to connect analog phones and faxes.

A gateway would have FXO ports. Those would be configured in the Trunks section.

Yeah, don't plug that into a PSTN line, you may fry it. It outputs 48 volts.

If you are looking for a single line FXO gateway (also has an FXS port), you can still find the Linksys SPA-3102, or the older SPA-3000
