Sorry this has been done to death but the links to the setup instructions and out of date. Can anyone help me by providing the documentation.

I have out going calls working its incoming I am failing with

There have been a number of posts in the forum on the SPA3102 and SPA3000 over the last couple of years. The 3CX support pages dissapeared a while back as the gateway is no longer supported, which doesn't mean it won't work. If you post the PSTN tab settings, I'll look iit over and try to figure out what is incorrect, or missing.

Fantastic many thanks. I need to do the incoming setup on the 3cx as i have no idea where to start. Out going is working fine.

Change PSTN default Dialplan from 1 to 8, and set PSTN Ring thru line 1 to NO. See if that works.

Done that what should i do on the 3cx config

All you should have to do (assuming the other trunk parameters are correct), is choose a destination on that trunk, for incoming calls. Try an incoming call, then check the 3CX Activity Log to see if it is reaching the PBX.

If you are in North America, and subscribe to caller ID, you'll want to change the FXO Timer values / PSTN answer delay from 16 second, to 3 seconds. this allows the capture of Bellcore type caller ID before passing the call onto 3CX.

...and change PSTN CID for VoIP CID to Yes. You might want to visit the Cisco/Linksys site and download the latest (which is a few years old) firmware for the 3102, I noticed your still says "Sipura".

Great news. making some progress now.I now get incoming calls ringing on the correct extension. The only problem is that it takes 6-13 seconds for the call to start ringing the extension phone and it carries on ringing for a period after the call has been dropped. I am based in the uk. Going to try the update on the sipura

Did you lower the PSTN Answer delay? That will delay an incoming call. You can also check the 3CX Activity log to see how long it takes to ring the set, from the time 3CX gets an Invite from the 3102. I'm not certain what the lowest number you can get away with in the UK and still capture caller ID , I believe that there is a loop reversal involved, and it may be sent before the first ring. If you do some searches, you should find sites with UK specific, SPA3102 PSTN settings. The defaults are for North America (for the most part).

You can go right down to 0 answer delay in the UK (we use ETSI FSK with data sent before first ring)

...and you'll probably want to change the FXO port Impedance to the above post. Not doing so, may cause, or enhance, echo issues.
