SPA3102...Again

Does anyone know how to reset the SPA3102 back to factory defaults?

I found some settings on another forum to fix the echo problem. When I tried them, it worked great for about 4 calls and then reverted back to the echo even though the settings never changed. :evil:

I would like to do a reset and start from scratch.

Well to do that just...
Disconnect Ethernet Cable and PSTN Line cable from SPA, leave only Phone and Power
Dial ****
you will enter then the Voice menu
after this dial 73738 and then follow voice instruction, if i recall its 1 to confirm, you will have then your SPA with factory defaults.
