Hi,

Do anyone ever experienced spa3102 PSTN properly registered, able to transfer to an extension upon an incoming call, but bypass the digital receptionsts with the incoming call?

How do you get digital receptionist to pick up the PSTN spa3102 incoming call? Is there some setting that is required in order to make the digital receiptionst pick up the call from the registered spa3102 PSTN?

Thanks for sharing experience and input.

If you can direct an incoming call, from the 3102, to an extension, or ring group, then there should be no reason why it would not work with the DR if set up correctly. Post the 3CX log showing a failed call.

The other incoming sip call goes directly to the DR. But the incoming call from Spa3102 goes directly to the receptionist extension. What did I did wrong?

Thanks for your input.

I found the cause of the problem..

It lies in the detail where the spa3102 pstn config. Where the office hour is, the incoming call was config forwarding to an extension causing all incoming call forwarded to that specific extension.

It was a config error on my part. Thanks for your comment. Without your comment, I would have success in config the incoming spa3102 to DR. Gratitude. Problem solved
