Hi all,

I'm having an issue with a SPA922 recently installed. The phone is registering in the 3CX system, and both the console and the assistant are showing it as Registered (idle)
I installed in fact 5 of them, and only one is failing...

I've setup, on the extension (105), simple rules to transfert call to ext 100 for No Answer, and 102 on busy... and as you'll see on the log, 3CX is probably getting a busy status:

22:06:42.984 [CM503008]: Call(97): Call is terminated
22:06:39.484 [CM505001]: Ext.102: Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, no-replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [Linksys/SPA922-6.1.5(a)] PBX contact: [sip:[email protected]:5060]
22:06:39.484 [CM503002]: Call(97): Alerting sip:[email protected]:5060
22:06:39.359 [CM503025]: Call(97): Calling Ext:Ext.102@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
22:06:39.359 [CM503005]: Call(97): Forwarding: Ext:Ext.102@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
22:06:39.359 [CM503003]: Call(97): Call to sip:[email protected] has failed; Cause: 486 Busy Here; from IP:192.168.0.102:5060
22:06:39.312 [CM503025]: Call(97): Calling Ext:Ext.105@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
22:06:39.250 [CM503004]: Call(97): Route 1: Ext:Ext.105@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
22:06:39.250 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:[email protected]:5060>
22:06:39.250 [CM505001]: Ext.110: Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [3CXVoipPhone 4.0.9530.0] PBX contact: [sip:[email protected]:5060]
22:06:39.250 [CM503001]: Call(97): Incoming call from Ext.110 to <sip:[email protected]:5060>

I'm calling in that test from the SoftPhone.
The phone itself is reporting the 2 lines as idle...

I've tried to create a new extension, keeping only the Mac Address for Provisioning... make a factory reset of the phone and compared the advanced configuration with a working phone.. and the only difference is the SIP login information.

I've uploaded the firmware of the phone with the latest one..

I can still make calls, but cannot receive any from it.

Any idea how I could troubleshoot that ?
Thanks for your help
Michael

Do you have extension 105 marked as "Away" in the 3CX console?

I see Ext 105 with two Ip's 192.168.0.102 and 192.168.0.9. Do you have 3Cx set to see the busy status of the extension based on the device and not the PBX? If set to the PBX status then any busy multiples of an extension will show ALL the same extensions as busy.

Hi,

the IP 192.168.0.9 is the IP of the 3CX...

The extension is set to Available...

Michael

Sorry, I'm on holidays at the moment, too much sun and drink! How have you got 3CX set to determine the busy status of the extension?
