Version 20.0 Update 2.
Hi all, we have 1 SIP Trunk (LCRcom) with 2 DDI configured. Until recently everything was working correctly but since a week ago our Caller ID shows the same number without distinguishing from where the caller is calling.
LCRcom informed us that they do not receive the DDI, and by default, they show the Main Trunk Number.
I have configured the Outbound Rules and, as the documentation says, I proceeded to indicate it in Voice&Chat > Trunk > Options > Caller ID > Default Outbound Caller ID to force 3CX to send one DDI to the provider but I got no results. It seems that 3CX is blocking the outbound.
Any ideas?
