Good morning

I have a TOA IP speaker, I am trying to make a call on the speaker using SIP protocol.

The first time I got a connection attempt message which blacklisted my IP.

I recreated a system and now nothing, as if no connection is made.

Nothing is entered in the event log to detect a connection attempt.

I enter the following information into the IP speaker but the connection is still unsuccessful.

I'm a beginner so I don't understand much.

I think that the IP address must be blocked at 3CX because the first time it clearly sees a connection attempt and since then I have never been able to find a trace even after having recreated a new system.

Thank you for your help. I am in Free 10 users.

The event log ID's are also listed here for further information.
However you are trying to remotely register an unsupported device in 3CX. This can get blacklisted due to misconfiguration but still not a supported method or device.

Additionally if the user will be connected via the STUN (as we can see public IP there), the settings in the extension to block remote connections must be OFF

If you can remove the IP from the blacklist so that I can do tests Thank you

If you want us to remove the blacklist this will require to open a supported ticket, otherwise you can wait for 24 hours and the ip will be automatically removed.

It’s already been more than 24 hours, how can I know?
The first time in the events I saw a connection attempt refused only once and now I see nothing?
No events in the logs so it's difficult to know what's happening.
Thank

The ip might still be blacklisted but in want you to be aware that any unsupported device that will try to connect to the SMB with unrecognized registrations will still get blacklisted immediately.

I understand.
Is there another solution to communicate with my speakers via SIP?
or just be able to send multicast streams in RTP

Thank
Is there no way to do this from the 3CX application?

If I understand correctly, compatible iP phones will be able to communicate with my speakers? Because it will always be an unsupported device?

Understood but nothing i can advice as this device is not tested.
