Does 3CX have a speaking clock?

Not out the box.

But I imagine, as you were told on your previous request this could be achieved with the CFD also.

No, but you can make one with the 3CX Call Flow Designer.

Although it was for a different reason, a colleague posted what you could use here:

So you could write a very small C# code snippet that returns the Date and Time similar to that in the link, then use the "CONCATENATE" function to wrap the Date and Time into a nice sentence, then use the CFD Text-to-Speech ability to read that back to the caller.
