Special Menu

I have installed SP6 and now special menu (voicemail) will not register on the phone system.

I have restarted the server but still it will not register. Can anyone advise please?

Is the service "3CX PhoneSystem Digital Receptionist" started ? and is the web console accessible ? try going in your web browser http://ip_pbx:5000/management
