Greetings all,
I work for an MSP, and one of our clients uses the 3cx platform. We have an interesting dilemma, calls placed to a specific conference call number cannot be reached by any phones in the account. I am able to call the number from my personal cell phone to validate it's a legitimate number, but attempting to dial the number from a physical or software based phone results in the same error: Call failed - Server error
This is my first time working within the3CX control panel. I just provisioned myself a phone number to test outside of the client site to verify the issue is with the account, and indeed, I am not able to reach the number myself from my software phone I just installed.
Any advice on troubleshooting this matter would be appreciated. I am not expecting any of you kind folks to hold my hand here, but some pointers as to which direction I need to begin looking would be of tremendous help.
To anyone who reads this, thank you very much for your time. I truly appreciate any advice offered. Cheers!
