Spectrum internet siptrunk with cloud hosted pbx

Has anyone gotten 3cx hosted in a cloud environment to work with spectrum/time Warner utilizing their sip trunking service? Was it pretty straight forward?

At the end of the day, it's all about networking. If you can make a network connection, it should work. If you understand networking, then it should be straight forward.
