Speech dropping when PC locks

Hi all, I have a client who for security reasons have their Surfacebook Pros "lock" after 5 minutes of inactivity. They use the web client and the Desktop app for calling. When on a call the PC locks if they aren't using it.
They can still be heard by the other party but there is no inbound speech. Unlocking the PC does not resolve it, they have to end the call and call them back.
V 18.0 18, Update 7 (Build 312).
Any ideas other than creating some script to use on the PCs? I don't know how to do that but willing to learn.

2 Options... extend the time or use hardware telephones.... There are some tools to fake mouse movement but i am sure thats not what you want.
