Split SMS destination

I didn't find how to split SMS destinations.

I mean, previously I could send calls to destinations and SMS to different destinations.

v19 is not possible.
v20 I tested it and is possible only if the first point is a Digital Receptionist

There are any other efficient ways to choose different paths for SMS and Calls?

The IVR option was also available in version 18. It just needed to be accessed via the admin console to configure, but it was and still is the only way to achieve this requirement.

danfw, dedicated routing for SMS was available on v18 until U6 came out, along with message stats for debugging. So in the later version with those features now removed, we have had to go through all of our instances and setup a "fake" second SIP trunk with settings only for SMS. Using the second trunk gives a little more flexibility in SMS routing, at the cost of other complications, but it definitely works.
