Splynx CRM requesting CLI commands. Is it possible with 3CX Hosted?

We are attempting to use the 3CX/Splynx integration, and I've been following the guide here.

It requests that we execute commands on the 3CX server, but I'm not sure if this is possible when using 3CX's own hosting?

Any feedback is appreciated!

Can't be installed on Hosted as they use a custom addon.

I would also recommend not using that addon as it seems it touches the database and has not been updated for v20, so it probably won't work.

They should be using the built-in CRM integration process (for APIs) with actual templates like everyone else.

For the 3CX Hosted installations SSH access is not allowed therefore machine access is limited. Specific information can be found here.
