Solved SSL Cert Won't Renew

We have a 3CX hosted FQDN and our cert has expired. I've refreshed license information and it comes up good and I've also run a manual update from the command line. Still nothing. Also restarted services / server itself.

@phchelpdesk as I can see your certificate now expires at 14/10/2022, so i can assume that all is ok, yes ?
I am asking because you didnt get back to us on the ticket after the steps engineer provided.

The newer instructions included changing a parameter.
