SSL Certificate renewal failed

I keep receiving this error, but do not know why.
Everything looks ok on my 3CX Subscriptions page.

The SSL Certificate renewal for xxxxxx.xx.3cx.us failed - Invalid License Key
Certificate generation failed because the license key is not valid or its maintenance has expired. For an SSL certificate to be renewed, you must have a valid key with valid maintenance.

Version of the PBX? Sounds like it's probably out of date too much.
