Solved SSL Certificate Renewal Failed

I received notification that SSL Certificate Renewal Failed-Max certificate limit. This is the first failed notification that I got.
It has renewed successfully few months ago. Is there any thing that I could do?

Disregard, it seems to have renewed on 2nd try the next day.
