What version of 3cx are you running, please include build no

18.0 (Build 461)

There seems to be something missing in the installation that could be causing this fail.

I think the shortest route to a solution would be to:
  1. Take a Full Backup and download it to your local machine.
  2. If this is a Virtual Machine, shut it down
  3. Create a new Virtual Machine and do a new Debian installation: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/
  4. Restore your backup
  5. After the installation is finished, set the new installation's LAN IP to the same IP the previous installation had, so that all IP Phones and and 3CX Apps register again.
  6. After you change the IP, make sure you click a warning sign that will appear in the Dashboard to set the new IP in the 3CX Settings too.
