Standard Annual License Renewal

We installed 3CX 10 months ago and purchased a standard annual license for 4 sim calls. Shortly the license will expire, how do we renew? Or will it auto-renew now that 4 sim calls is free?

Let the license expire and it will go to 3CX free license which is for 4 sim calls

Will we still be able to use the 3CX mobile app outside the LAN with the free license?

Yes you will have the same options you currently have. Your key will go to "free" which is the same version you currently have. You do not need to do anything.
