Star code to place call on hold - with music

I searched the forums and wasn't clear on whether or not there is a star code to place a call on hold, where the other party hears the music on hold. If there is a star code to transfer to hold, could you please let me know. I am using a WiFi SIP phone that doesn't have a built in hold softkey to send the SIP command.

I've been looking for this too. It's essential if you want to be able to use a permanent forward to a cell phone as an extension. Please can this be added ?

Can you please elaborate on the requirement. Unable to see the relation of a star code to put on hold and the transfer to external number.

You can use the Parking / Un-parking star codes to put a call on hold.
