Start calls from PC - as Skype

Hi,

is there a way to install some software on user PC where they can click on the number (as Skype does) and the the 3CX starts the dial and then move it to the user extension number???

* Some users are 'lazy' to pickup the phone and press the numbers to dial...

Something in forum has info on a Firefox extension - but I don't think 3cx has anything yet for other browsers.
